i got a lv 90 female warrior bottom from monster park and on reveal it was 2line with an extra potential line. so im confused on if you can get it when cubing items, could it appear at random like the bottoms? or is the chancce only on items u find from monsters that have hidden pot? and yes i know u cannot use cubes to redo the stats of extra potential >.> im talking about cubes being able to do what carvers do on reveal with a magnifying glass at random.

Why not? I've used about 10 of them, one worked on a 2 line pot. (now it is 2 lines, plus one extra line at the bottom). Why can't this work on a 3 line pot?

its a extra line and you can have up to 2 extra lines

yes item must already have potential on it and odds are it will destroy the item rather then add extra potential
