Whats the best Face Accessory?
I was just wondering what is the best face accessory to get?
Also what's the best way to scroll it?
Should I scroll with atk or scroll it with my main stat?
Last question, is chaos scrolling it better or is just normal scrolling it better?

Swee+water for untradeable but it is tradeable until you equip it. The level 40 branch nose is the best tradeable on as far as I know.

depends on your job, for thief definitely the reverse dual blade mask, for other jobs maybe the branch noses
