Not boasting. I was honest, i just started working out like 5 months ago. My bench started at 130 and i weighed 140 back then.
no i take pe though im fit i can run a mile in like 4 minutes. i think im fast because i can leg press 500lbs easy. but if i started liffting i could prob get higher weight.
