Nlc Fiona quest line

So recently, in the last update, I saw Typhon feathers were able to drop once more, and the first thing I thought was, "Finally! Let's go make those Furys after all these years."
So I get the feathers and get to Fiona with all the ingredients, but she doesn't even let me craft them. So after doing some research, I found out that the new feathers aren't coded in yet properly and only the old one's work for now. But on top of this, I don't even have the access to make them in the first place. I looked in my quest log and there were almost no quests available for me to do so I could "gain their trust", but I'm not too sure. Does anyone know which quest line is needed to do this, and which one starts the chain?
They are different feathers entirely. It's not that they aren't coded right, they aren't even the same level as the old masteria typhons. You can only make furies if you had the questlines finished before NLC got butchered and you have a hyper rock with the old typhon map saved into it. The old map is there, there's just no way to get to it without teleporting there. Same with the maps inside bigger ben.

I keep hoping they undo all the "damage" done to NLC one of these days. I mean it was ridiculous in the first place that one drill was able to drastically rearrange an entire region.
I know that they are different feathers entirely, but nexon didn't account for people remembering the old stuff. Now that they are like "oh damn, we messed up" and they're gonna fix it. I called it a coding error with the hopes that they're going to just re-do it and let us use the the new feathers

Because the feathers are a completely new item and not the old feathers.

@givsaro: They do suck. I say we go to Nexon HQ with lit torches and pitchforks dressed as the mobs from NLC and demand our awesome storyline back! >;D
I think the quest line was removed, sir. I did the entire quest line WAYYYY before Nexon changed NLC.
You used to have to get 50 of the seeds from the evil trees from the first quest through the leader, I forget his name...then a few more quests later, you'd gain the trust of the raven ninjas, and be able to buy/craft things from the npcs there, even be able to exchange the badges that dropped from the mobs at the time.
When nexon changed NLC, the quest line basically got removed, and the NPCs were disabled, except for 'Mo I believe.
Long story short, they ruined the entire story line of masteria, which I thought was a pretty awesome read.
Wow... they suck. Honestly, they were some of the better quests too. I remember doing them on my first character... I can't believe they would just chunk it like that. Thanks for the information though. I 'preciate it.
