What classes dont need Decent Speed Infusion?

Hello I was wondering if someone could tell me which classes don't require speed infusion. I would assume the Thief classes and Mages don't but I just want to make sure.
The only classes that can hit speed cap without it:

Battlemages with pyogo, ewings and estaves.
All thieves except using a garnier or shinkita.
Mercedes, corsair, WH, BM using their hurricane-like skills.
Buccaneers, who get the skill naturally.
Arans using any fast speed polearm.
Evans.

All other classes can benefit in some way from a 1 step speed boost.
Heroes, Pallies, or DW using a Red Katana or Pyrope wouldn't either although those are rare now. DS using any fast 5 or faster weapon wouldn't and that's is much more common. Mikhail won't once it comes out either if they use a weapon that is at least fast 5.

Basically only warriors (other than Aran and most DS/Mikhail), Mages (other than Evan and most BaMs), and Corsairs need SI IIRC. Which is why you usually see SI rental for warriors and mages and not for the other classes. Why make a pirate SI glove just for one rare class? Thief SI is completely pointless and so is archer IIRC.

I know for a fact Arans using a Fast (5) or Normal (6) polearm don't need it, because we hit speed cap with just booster. Anything above Slow (7) benefits from SI.

I feel like NLs and Shadowers need SI too...
Seems like we're attacking slowly compared to the other jobs that don't need SI...

Arans with fast pole arms only need their built in booster and NL with a faster claw with booster.
Yes but when you use SI does it increase the speed or do they hit the speed cap before SI?
Only weapons that are fast(4) and attacks like hurricane doesn't benefit from SI.
Soo.. TB benefits from SI.

mages do need SI in order to have maximum dmg.
get a weapon that is not fast(5) with higher m.att + boost the speed = higher dpm, in some cases

psb is fast 5. booster is -2 for spearmen, unlike arans.

I think Evans and BaMs don't, arguably I/L mages since Chain lightning is already fast anyway.

Plus any hurricane-like attack doesn't get affected by it so that means BMs, Mercs, WHs, and Sairs (post justice) don't need it

Bowmasters and Mercedes don't need it. That's for sure

@blazi4ever: To both. It's still helpful to sairs.
It still effects every other skill after justice. Just because it doesn't effect rapid fire doesn't mean we don't need it.
With our mob move having a delay of 1710ms, I would love to have decent speed infusion to help boost the speed of it.

Evans hit at speedcap no matter what, so Evans don't need SI. Dunno about other classes

bowmasters don't really need SI.
their main attack is hurricane and it isn't really affected by Si. the only thing SI affects is the startup time of hurricane, so you would start up a bit faster.
SI would boost up any attack that isn't hurricane, but they don't really use much attacks other than hurricane.
evans don't need it since we hit at speedcap.

I think it would be useful to bams if they are stuck using a slow, high m.atk staff.
Well, I have AYA 31 and I mean... I hit pretty fast with my Ele Staff 2. o_O I am just gunna get Decent SI for the luls, just like I got Haste strictly for the jump seeing as we have 140 speed with max AYA. xD
BMs, WHs, Mercs, Sairs don't need it since their "hurricanes" aren't affected by speed at all even without booster on.
It's still helpful to us. Increases the speed of our mobbing attack. So helpful while training. Or killing multi part bosses like zak arms for example.

@MyGunner:
nope, guns are fast 5. Booster only -2speed so we are at fast 3. Decent si brings us to max. You can kind of tell the difference in speed between cannon with si and without, but you can differently tell for sure by the speed of torpedo that it helps.

@madscientist:

I did not include them because it's pointless and a waste of money (Hint hint, untradeable level 120 gloves) to get decent SI for them at 120 which is their max level. I highly doubt a large population continues to play their CKs as their mains for activities (notably bossing) once they're 120.
I tested it on my arch mage and was getting 3-4 additional attacks/minute with CL. Bishops probably benefit in a similar way.
Not if they aren't an Att Bishop. You only cast heal/HS/AB/any other buff once anyway. Heal might be the only exception, but still. Most Bishops can fully heal you with one.
