Boss damage + ignore PDR stacks?

I heard neither boss damage 30% and 20% nor ignore PDR 15%'s stack, but can boss damage 30/20% and ignore PDR 15%?
If I'm not mistaken, PDR is factored after your damage is applied. Meaning boss damage ought to multiply your damage by 1.3 and then the damage is multiplied through with the PDR. Instead of speculating that 30+20 stack in that fashion, it would be more like "(1.3)(damage)(PDR - ignore PDR) = output". The break even point where PDR would counteract boss damage bonus alone would be ~23% PDR (assuming that all skill/bonus ignore PDR are factored in). Since they affect the total damage output in their own different ways, I don't see any reason to deny the use of one or the other because boss damage and ignore PDR are not of the same detail.
In theory, they should stack. Now though, it's up to someone to try this out and post the results.
Simple. People have been speculating that boss damage works like some sort of PDR/MDR reduction post BB. Although it hasn't been totally proven, in other words, when fighting bosses like zakum and horntail with a PDR/MDR of 50%, boss damage 30% reduces it to 20% instead of multiplying your damage by 1.3. On the other hand, ignore PDR/MDR 15% works exactly how people have speculated boss damage does, reducing any PDR/MDR by 15%.
Actually, i m not quite sure if you can't stack 2 ignore PDR/MDR 15%, some people have gotten it but probably not proved it.
If boss damage and ignore' were to stack then zakum and horntail will end up reducing your overall damage by mere 5%.
Again, how i m stated boss damage works post bb is a half proved theory so it is absolutely not certain.
Why wouldn't it? Boss damage and ignore PDR are completely different things when calculated.
