How do premium surprise boxes update

Hey basil, so basically what i want to know is how the premium surprise box works. Does nexon update new perm nx items into the premium boxes? This is because im looking for a luminous cherubim, or any cherubim for that matter, cus it looks epic but if it will eventually be re-introduced much like a lot of old perm nx that was reintroduced then ill just wait.
