the strangest food that you have eaten

this question popped up in my head earlier while i was enjoying some frog legs.

what is the strangest or most exotic thing that you have eaten?

for me, it's a toss up between fried snake and sea cucumber.

Turtle curry.
Balut.
Cow Tongue
Pig Ear, Intestine, Liver, Heart
Chicken feet?

That's what a lot of people would consider weird. Balut is delicious with basil and some salt&pepper. Pig ear, intestines, liver, and heart taste really good with rice soup. Turtle curry was delicious. Lotsa bones though.

@persephone99: My aunties ate that.
They took me to a seaside fish market in korea and this is what they had with sea cucumbers and abalone
but when you cut it, the skin decreases in size!

Egg.

If you put it into perspective, your eating the unfertilised egg of a chick. YOU'RE AN UNFERTILISED EGG EATER!

It's pretty much a baby duck in an egg... and you put salt on it then eat it. It looks gross, but it's kinda good. o_o[/quote]
