Making a new character.
So I've been on and off ms for awhile now and I've decided to make a hero. Im not gonna be selling my shad's equips so Im only gonna have about 2.2bil to fund him.
I'm not sure on the %str prices lately and I would like to have a decent dmg range. (30-40% str with 120+atk sword = decent? idk)
so here's my question, How much more funding would I need to achieve this?

120+ attk sword maybe half a bil.
30-40% depends on who you buy it from. I'd say about 1.5-2.5b
