Dc when entering Cs

does anyone else have this problem or just me?
Every time i try enter cashshop on my dual blade (dualitt) i get logged out with the message 'unable to connect to the game server'.
This just happens on my db and no other characters i have ,even tho they are in the same account.
this has been happening for more than a week and i already sent a ticket on the 17th but they haven't done anything or replied
does anyone know how to fix this? please
i have tried to re-installing and going on a different computers.
