Emp shoulders in Evo world
Is it fixed already because i see some in our fm now again. or maybe he had them on his mule for a while because it are like 5 shoulders in 1 store (can't believe that it came from Black friday store all)
So if anyone can confirm it because i fought it last time on 4x drop and nothing dropped, fought V2 and it dropped 1 armor each time so i wonder if they fixed empress too then? (don't know if V2 ever stopped dropping armor or just empress)

You just confirmed it yourself. Before, both instructors and empress did not drop anything. Till now.

I'm thinking the reason it came back into the FM is because of Second Chances. Nexon brought back players that most likely bought NX and stuff and were still banned due to hacking. So these people probably hacked Evo Emp and now that they are back in the community they're selling all the hacked equips again.
EDIT: Oops never mind I guess it is fixed. o-o Still I think my theory is correct since they came back into the market a little while ago when I don't think it was fixed yet
