what kind of nebs work on Hybrid Heart
i know the hybrid heart work the same as emblem from Kaiser/AB
but i am not sure what kind of nebs can be used on emblems/hybrid heart.
friend told me % att works! Also heard % boss and total dmg nebs does'nt o.o
So what is the best neb for the hybrid heart right now on the market?
i have no idea if % ignore nebs works since i am thinking of % att or ignore..
PS the Xenon controller can use all weapon nebs i asume since it is 2nd weapon? just to be sure since i don't have nebs to test out myself
i hope to hear your experiences fellow Xenon/Kaiser/AB on making my decision

so weird i check basil nebulite page and it says % atk only work on weapons so still wondering about % ignore

Secondary for Xenon. Can be purchased at the shop at Promessa with any characters unless you're a Xenon then you have to do some prequests to have access to it.

only the ones that say all
I believe only nebulites that can go on to gear work, the rest that only go on weapons don't.
EDIT: So basically % nebulites is the best for a heart? If you really can use a PDR or ATT% nebulite, I'd like to see a SS.
