Memory Lane quest on Xenon
So was going to do prequest from ToT so i can do PB,
i killed Dodo and after that i started this quest: http://global.hidden-street.net/quest/temple-of-time/memory-keeper
but atm i am stuck @ talk to 1st job advancement NPC.
Talked to Claudine but had not this quest. Also gone to Veritas and none had this quest open also...
So i am wondering what i am doing wrong (never had problems on my other chars doing this quest)

You have to finish all of Xenon's story line quests then for the ToT quest a lightbulb will pop up from Roo-d.
maybe i have to do all the prequest @ the Xenon base then. weird to id say if that's true
Did you try talking to the people at the Xenon base? (Just speculating, I never did the ToT quests on my Xenon)
I had a quest come up over my head when I did that. It was Roo-D... Maybe if you didn't complete all the xenon quests you can't receive it...?
