Using 8 bil on My New Dual Blade
Ok, so I thought about it for a while and couldn't think of anything. I have about 8 bil to spend all on this character and I'm not so sure what to buy with this money. Can anyone help me by saying what luk% items i can buy? And also, I will need a dagger and a katara. If I can afford the weapons with pontentials too then those helps would appreciated. i think he could get a bit more, expecially on like the earrings, 21% luk is only like what 2b-2.5?. 6%'s are 200-300m ea 150 atk dagger WITH DECENT POT is only liek 2, 70 atk kataras are a joke and sell for extreamly cheap too. iduno i think he could get about what 1st poster said, just decrease a bit on the wep/katara because of his world.

Why would scania prices make it a lot cheaper and easier to get everything?

I even got 32k range with 1bil or less, which can solo C.Zak and HT at least. Just crafting them that's all.
However, for 8bil I woudn't suggest crafting.
Empress stuff would be the best choice with at least 6% LUK.
Dagger 150+ ATT and Katara 100+ ATT.
Just try for 6%+ LUK and that's all that's needed.
This should get like 50k range.
You can't really get much much with 8bil. You can either get a dagger, katara, or a few 22% items (2-3 they cost about 3.5-4bil each). You won't get that far with that amount of funding.
Edit: A pair of 32atk 21%+Luk Empress glove will run you a good 8bil+.

he cant get all that with 8b -_- probly just dagger nd katara
and one or two 12% equip
If you can get everything the 1st poster said or better, then you will be doing pretty well.
Plus, we can't tell you exactly what to get. You have to roam your FM and find or make deals for your DB items.

Edit: 8bill won't get you much since thief gear seem to STILL cost a whole butt load more than others.
