Dawn Warrior missing Call Of Cygnus
I don't see the Call Of Cygnus in Active Skill 4th job; do they not get this skill or is it glitched? I log on my TB and see that he has it.

I don't see the Call Of Cygnus in Active Skill 4th job; do they not get this skill or is it glitched? I log on my TB and see that he has it.

i had to do a quest to get it on my wind archer from neinhart or shinsoo
I think its the "The Alliance Gathers" quest where you meet the empress at the docks where you go to victoria.
