All versions of Magnus drops them
took me 30 runs during 2x event in the past to get a nova equip from treeglow boss.
Try doing it on the weekend. there's 2x boss drop rate 12-9 PM pst. This event wont last long
Easy Magnus also drops them! (Although at a supposedly low rate I got a Nova Hermes on my first try )
Hard magnus and normal magnus drop (normal at a low rate) but since easy magnus has been out, nova capes are easier to obtain. collect shadow merchant coins and trade them in (dropped from either easy or normal magnus, or from daily quests)
