Seeing as you are from EMS, You can get the Khanjar from CWKPQ bonus and the Dragon Khanjar from Dunas boss or afterloads, both on Neo Tokyo.

Most unfunded people rather go for khanjar bc they basically can't afford or have enough stat for a dkhanjar, dkhanjar require lv 120 to wear and require 75 STR which is not much but most
unfunded people won't get there
