How does zero link its weapon to the CRA set?

It drops from Chaos Vellum, but it has somewhat been established that there has been a bug since the CRA instance bug fix at the beginning of December.
For now, I think it is safe to assume that there are no new scrolls dropping.
You get it from CRA lol
