you can buy them from an npc in evo lab, and you can also pick them up as they drop when you're evoing

Dimension PQ, Evolving Lab, and Future Henesys.The three most reliable places I know of. Evolving Lab is 100+, Dimension PQ is 140+, and Future Henesys is 160+.

You can solo DIPQ. Try Monster Park Extreme.

You don't need others, you can just solo it. Or Evo Lab if you have the cores for it.
