Actually, for me, since I was lacking attack and had surplus amounts of %DEX,
4-5 attack was adding more for me than 6% DEX was.
This is no different, but it's malleable to the situation.
3% luk has to beat 3 att..
Depends on your current attack, current total LUK, current base LUK, etc..
It's not just this is better than that, no exceptions.
It's tailored to each and every individual, attack might be better for me, while LUK is better for you and vice versa.
