The question does not make sense to either @wall or myself, both of which have funded mages that can cap on chaos vellum.

Please be a bit more specific with what you want.
"end game" means nothing. "End game" as in endless funds? This would imply you define "strongest" by which is the fastest attacking mage.
"Strongest" as in which one hits cap first?
"Strongest" as in which one gives you the most bang for your buck? If this is the case, we need to know also what your "end game" range is going to be. Different mages excel past other mages at different damage ranges.
"Strongest" as the one with the most adaptable play style that can survive the longest while dealing massive damage?

Do you want raw dps, raw speed, raw cost efficiency, raw adaptability... what do you want? Each mage is BALANCED and they all have their own pros and cons which make them special. Also I have to put into account your specifications for what you want while considering the KMST 1.2.010 nerfs/rebalances. I can't tell you "fire poison" is your man and you choose that, and then 7 months down the road, you get a nerf on your main attack: mist eruption. You want raw training power, I can't tell you to pick blaze wizard and have you get nerfed down to the ground either. Or perhaps you want to find a strong mage for the damage range 1.5m range. Which is better? fire poison or ice lightning? There are debates over these topics.

Each question mark I put in that paragraph above will yield a different answer so please tag me in response and be a bit specific and I will answer your question to the best of my abilities.

BW sucks, you'll just end up quitting because nexon hates them so much. You're better off choosing f/p or i/l. They both have about the same potential.

Strongest as in bossing

I/L and F/P have different advantages for different bosses

But i think blaze wizard is the best at bossing
