This. Except I'd wait a little to sell because it'll be worth a lot more in a few months when the event goes away. There's probably going to be a ton of people who either couldn't get their hands on it or weren't able to afford it at this time. Plus, the 2 more attack/4 more m.atk isn't even guaranteed. There's only a 36% chance both will work, and a 16% chance both will fail. Not liking the odds despite them being in your favor.
Edit: and can someone PM me with how long the package and the things in it (mainly the scroll coupon. I don't think I have any use slots left so might have to put something in storage first, and my dad doesn't know how to play MS so he can't do that) last? I'm asking my dad to buy the package shortly.
