Their original spot is nautilus and they are jellyfishes

What @Makoto said. They're called Black Dragon, and they seem to spawn in a lot of places. They drop some Legendary Wind of a Black Dragon or something. Can't remember the name, not sure what the drop does yet.
They're called Black Dragons. I've killed a LOT of them in a bunch of different maps. The only thing they've dropped for me was some type of black dragon wing that looks like a Demon Slayer's wing. o:
