Could you live for a long time
If you lived on the machine in a hospital (your organs being replaced if/when needed to at the right time so that you won't die during surgeries)?
How long do you think you'll live this way?

This question brings up an interesting philosophical point, which is that when does a person stop being the same person if you continually change parts of them.

Bone marrow transplants do exist but that's not a complete solution. Also they're like the most painful thing ever supposedly.

depends what you mean by "live", sure u could theoretically have all your body functioning but eventually your brain would be deaded and you cant replace that as of yet
sounds kinda crap to live hooked up everyday though...
Depends on certain circumstances. But it certainly doesn't sound like a good way to live.
