Bracelet Help Please

Hey, I've been trying to find a nice website that you would be able to make/design your own bracelet that you would be able to send someone. Not like one of the pandora type bracelets by like something you would be able to have like leather or something that you would be able to put beads on or like a chain of some sort. I havn't been able to find one that isn't like silican type bracelet. Or that i could describe it well enough with google but any help would be appreciated. Thanks
