Cane Att 60 Drop from Mpq Neo Huroid
I was training my Chief Bandit at the Romeo Juliet PQ in the Neo Huroid stage (grind) during 2x and in my mass of mesos, I found a scroll. After picking it up it was a Cane Att 60%. Is that even possible? And how much is it worth?

10m in scania but the scrolls are rare but then there are the renegades shop's scrolls which are better
@DjFunky: I think some mobs do drop it. Just not many in the fm atm. Btw, my highest offer for it is only 20mil.

This is on my chief bandit, pickpocket is a skill that drops 1 meso when you hit a monster.
