Decent SI is available only on 120+ lv gloves (VL/Emp/SW come to mind) with Legendary potential tier. So no you cant get it through RA boxes (the 100% tier thingys) =P
The best candidate for SI gloves are SW gloves as they are common to all classes, although they are a bit pricey.

If you mean RA by Root Abyss, then no because I don't think Root Abyss gloves even exist?

100% crit makes SE even more important because it gives 10% max crit dmg

With rings and link skills my NL crit is already 100%, so SE is probably not a priority.

I sold a pair of SI thief gloves for 8b, was thirsty for mesos.

SI gloves for thieves usually go 5~7b i think in scania.
u dont need decent si for nw. It's better to just use a green pot if ur gonna be that hung up on speed.
Unless you have fully perfected all your equips with good %s, then you aim for the Decent SI. Just throwing Mesos away if you buy it without the good equips.

in terms of mesos, decent SE is worth it.
Decent SI can only be obtained through legenday gloves, so expect to pay 5bil+ for one.
