feels good because i can go to the beach and get admiring stares rather than the cringe of disgust that people with no abs get
on a side note i WAS going to end this thread off with the word "beta" but i've been banned just for saying "beta" so im going to refer "betas" as "the weak male of society"

you don't need to work out for them
if you are naturally scrawny you can see the outlines of all 6
if you work out u can get rid of the layer of fat covering it
