How rare are iTCG items now?
I would really like to buy a Winkel bow to anvil onto my emp bow. I hardly see any iTCG items anymore... I know it is still possible to get the crafting material from buying new pack of the cards but from what I have heard the npcs to make the items either do not exist or do not make the items anymore. If anyone in Windia is selling a winkel, or has a winkel anviled onto something please, contact me.
Also off topic, is a 4 above average (205 magic attack) Fafnir Lumi Rod worth 8b to the right buyer? I got one a few days back and am being told it is worth about 8b.

Oh that sucks. I have a old stockpile of Weapon production items.... Would this be relevant to you guys?
I actually found a bow production manual once from a red or blue robo in ludibrium, was about a year or two back. But I would start there, nexon hasn't yet changed their drops
Winkels will be hard to obtain sadly. I only know of a few in Windia due to the minimal demand in bows when they were more easily craftable. If you keep looking, you might find someone who had one just sitting on an old account.
I have a perma hyper rock on my adventurers, should I fly around and see what npc's I can find?
Edit: oh god to make the Winkel, I would need a bow production manual, and those havent existed for years
you can still get boxes of cards and as far as i know the sealed unopened ones codes still work
some items cant be crafted/used tho... mainly items that need boss unique drops
other items req hyper rock to craft due to npc that gives recipe is in the clock tower in nlc
iTCG refers to the items that were given on codes with the maplestory trading card game. It gave items such as Boss hunter item set, storm caster gloves, facestompers, crystal leaf earrings, crystal ilbis, and some special pets being the black bunny, orange tiger, silver husky, and porcupine.
