To my knowledge Adv Bless can only be gained from 121+ gear. Since there is no common gear of that sort I'm afraid you have to cube it yourself.

Adv Bless is 120+ only, it's all on Southperry if you feel like looking the skills up.

@NoNsensical: Well. For equips with +skill, an Evan (Arcana) got +skill on one of her equips and it didn't go past the maxed skilled.
I don't know about now. I think it's just for unmaxed skills, unless they changed it. -not talking about CO, talking about +skills on equips-

That skill is a bit different from c/o. The +2 skills on a hat won't go over max skills while combat orders can go one over max skills.
