Scrolling belts and shields for attack
Hello,
I was wondering if someone would be so kind to explain how to get attack on belts and shields.
Actually, now that I think about it, how did people get so much attack on those Empress armours?
Is this all chaos scrolls, even if the orignal item had no attack?
