At what lvl does guardian become the most useful?

Title pretty much sums it up. At what lvl does guardian's % abnormal status resistance become noticeable?

Level 20+, as stated above. Before quitting, I have acquired level 20+ Guardian, and it's hella useful.

lvl 1 its ok, nothing to rely upon. As it levels, you can expect it a little bit more.
Now that Ive maxed it, I have lots of fun sitting in chairs or transforming at lhc, and walking through mobs, with a fair amount of the time guardian blocking the attacks (pretty awesome seeing a snail walking into a bearwolf and the shield comes up and pushes the bearwolf away lol).

Maybe like level 20+, it's more noticeable if you're getting attacked a lot more.

The abnormal effect block is slliiiiigghhtly noticeable, once in a while in a boss run everyone but me gets seduced ^_^
i don't know if it's just me or does anyone else feel that guardian's blockin should also work during our divine shield by blockin some of our gaurds so we have a chance to stay in divine shield phase longer till we use up all 6 guards
It's not too hard to stay in Divine Shield anywhere but LHC.
Honestly, I'd rather have Guardian work while on a mount.

It's a passive, invisible effect, so I wouldn't say it ever really becomes noticeable. The other bonuses are just nifty little ancillery benefits to Guardian's 40% avoid rate. Don't max Guardian just for the other parts.
