Threaten and PDR rate.
I was having a conversation with an alliance member recently about %ignore DEF equips. He said skills that ignore DEF and threaten directly subtract from the PDR rate. I told him it didn't work like that. I was wondering if that's correct. I could not find any concrete information regarding how PDR and def are related if at all. I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

That seems to be the general idea from what I looked up. I just wish there was some definite formula or data that confirms it.
