Cant Make a Zero?
I got stuck after the first cutscene my character just stands still and I see the NPCs there and I cant do anything. I just sat there for 10 minutes and nothing happened. Its not the video cutscene im stuck at but the first part of the tutorial where I can actually see my character. How do I fix this?

He sniped the IGN when the person was transferring the IGN, lucky as hell.

The other day I was stuck at a cutscene in Twilight Perion and I restarted MapleStory like 3 times and it didn't help. I had to restart my whole computer, then the cutscene finally went through. Maybe you should give it a try and restart your computer to see if that works?
