I've seen a chaos vellum hat in Windia. I didn't know that they didn't work for 2 sets though, I guess best would be what you said then.
Root abyss + tyrant + 50 att from the ring/ pend/ earrings = bam Then again, you do have to cube everything and attack earrings/ high attack pendants (doms or chaosed rsps with 2x-3x+ att) would still be the best way to go I guess

Or, if you have a lot of funding, you can get a chaos vellum hat which works for any set, and doing that you can get the RA set and the Visitor set, along with a tyrant cape and shoes.

It won't, it doesn't have a green effect.
Isn't there hats with "joker" attribute that makes it part of a set? That way it could fill in for both hats. I might be wrong

Alien PQ set bonus has +50 att. Beat? No, contend with? I think so.
Remember though Tyrant is still impossible to obtain right now, save for a select few, who are probably banned by now. And Hard Magnus is going to have trillions of HP after the update.

Don't need the hat ever since they added the emp shoulder. RA is nice but emp is much more available. I think this will give unfundeds a nice leg up.
The set steals the hat. To be honest, I don't like the Empress set as it takes too many pieces to get there. They can easily be replaced by Dojo Gloves, Top + Bottom (non-Pirate/Mage) and Nova stuff.
