Random Large Meso Bags dropping off easy monsters?
I have been away for a LOOOONG time, so apologies if what is going on is common knowledge now.
I started a new character and while leveling up I would randomly get sacks of Meso (1000+) along side the little copper or gold meso coins. What am I doing that is making monsters drop thousands of mesos? The monsters are lvl 40-60 they shouldn't be dropping meso bags...is there an event going on I am unaware of?

Some guilds have a skill. I forgot what it's called but basically you get an additional ~8 meso coin drop
Drop rates for mesos and items have increased as long as you're 20 levels below and 10 levels above the monster you're killing.
Yeah it's changed a lot cos I remember when Amoria was the place you went to to farm mesos in the past but change is good <3
Different game stabdards than before.
You're used to old maple, which means when you get 50m you precieve it as a lot, while reality is, the standards are higher. Numbers have different meanings now.

I think when they revamped the levels of Victoria Island monsters, the loot drops were neglected.
I killed shades in kerning subway (level 40s now) and they dropped 10 meso denominations like they did when they were level 15.
mp3. I made 15m easily on my pb while training there for just 30 minutes to an hour.

I made about 100m in roughly 6 hours of grinding in SDH
Times have change, so you may see many different value changes depending on the period of time you remember.
Pretty sure monsters have been dropping more mesos for awhile now
