Nintendos Crappy Customer Service

Nintendo's customer service is driving me insane. I connected my Nintendo Network ID to my Wii U the first day I got it but none of the games I have downloaded are appearing on my to-do list and I am receiving no coins at all. I've tried contacting customer service for help already but they couldn't figure out the problem so they told me to contact them another time. When I did contact them again they literally hung up on me >.< I'm really frustrated that I'm not receiving any coins for the games I've downloaded on the Wii U. The Mario Kart free game promotion is also ending next week and the customer service is only giving me bs.

Did you use the Nintendo Tech Forums? I think the forums do a better job than the call center.
My issue: So I had a problem downloading DLC for FE:Awakening and I called the support number (waited on the phone for about an hour) and they directed me to the forums. The forum leader solved my problem in one post. It was such a waste of time, lol...

@Wordolio: Knowing that I have to go to EE for support again, no, I'm not ok.

I been hearing a LOT of good things from their customer service. Like, ridiculously good. Some guy on reddit got robbed and one of the things robbed was the gamepad. He contacted customer service about this and sent him a free gamepad, zelda limited edition that he wanted.
That's just one story I can remember.
I suggest calling them again.
