i had about 8k range on a 120 wa w/o transform... it had about 8% dex o-o but idk though

I saw some 15x bowmaster hitting 40 on crits with hurricane and he had 10% dex specs, 15% earrings, and a bunch of 9-12% if that helps. I say average is a max range of 10k+ at 13x level.
and still i ask What would be Average and 2 above dont be mean
Hmm, My WA had 10.5k clean with 60% DEX
I believe yours is above avg somehow.
Go fuse Sneaker shoes until you get 2-4% dex from potential. (It's easy to get 2%)
