Phantom makes me crash
When trying to log in on my phantom (lvl 25)
it will crash after entering my pin. "Unknown software exception 0xe06d7363 blah blah blah).
I can log into my other characters, just not my phantom.

Hmm... that might be it.
The TS's Phantom was lvl 25 when his issue happened, and mine was lvl 21 when mine happened.

I had this exact same thing happen to me about a week ago (http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2893052).
I logged a support ticket with Nexon, and they had me re-install the game, fix the install files via the Nexon Launcher and do a few other things.
In the end, none of it helped, and I just wound up re-making the character since Nexon support was going to take a while to resolve the issue.
Out of curiosity... did you try to give your new Phantom a link skill from an older Phantom on the same account?
I have a weird feeling that that's what screwed me over.
