Phantom Special Mastery Book question
Hello to everybody, I have a queston regarding the special mastery book for Phantom.
I know that the shop was bugged and so was the book at one point but can you choose Impeccable Memory IV from the list or not?

Nope. This is why Imprccable Memory IV 20 & 30 are both in the shop.
