Tempest or Vol dame first?
I have recently returned after a hiatus for school and I noticed that I got a free SP reset.
I already maxed every important 4th job skill besides these two skills.
I can't remember my old skill build and don't remember having an extra 33 points to spend before I took a break.
Now the question is what do I max first?
Before the skill changes I really liked to use Tempest however is vol d'ame better to max first?

It depends on what you steal. At max, if you steal an attack buff, it lasts for a minute. If you steal defense, reflect, or invincibility, it lasts about 10 seconds.

Personally, I would get Vol d'Ame. Especially now with the 30 sec cooldown, so Crash isn't as viable.
I already put a full permanent nx set on my phantom so I don't really have a choice plus I still enjoy the playstyle very much.

ur skills also got nerfed and everything about stolen skills on nerfed
so phantom sucks now
