This game is never going to get better. It run buy people who just don't care about you. You will never be godly unless you pay and if you are already godly how do you feel about spending all that money on a 2D side scrolling game that is run by money hungry tyrants. Sell all your equips that a worth something and quit. I've been perm banned for having mesos I didn't know were hacked. It only a matter of time before the same happens to you. No one is asking for 100%. No one is even asking for 50%. But Nexon can't even seem to muster 30%, which is why we're upset and have such a large amount of these threads.

Doesn't improve game flow but it does reduce exploits.
To replace lost ones. That's how staffing works.
Isn't that one day out of the week? And it's outsourced for sure. The GM's do not comprehend a lot of issues.
You also forgot about how they raised the allotted password length all the way up to 64 from like.. 24 or something smaller after they had that database leak issue and did so silently since they weren't going to own up to it.

yes, they're stupid how they banned a lot of innocent people, but still, they're trying to help the community. and yes they want our money. They'd improve their customer service and the number of GM's they have.

The game is for fun. You don't have to tell people to quit just because you wasted your money on this game and got banned, some people could become godly without spending money as well </3

The game is great, but the company is running it into the ground and when it all comes crashing down you will feel dumb.
I like the game. I hate the company.
