Question about Spirit Link
Spirit Link at its maxed level gives 15% damage. This 15% damage affects your attack range. Why is that? Also, how is it factored into your range? By this I mean, is it say, 15% max range? For example, 10k range, 15% =1.5 and so the total attack range is 11.5k?

They changed many %td skills so that they appear in your range. Yes you calculated it correctly.

because it does? I am not sure what you mean by why? your total damage is for the most part dictated by your range. Equipment total damage typically doesn't show up in range for w/e reasons. Skill total damage typically shows in your range, for w/e reason.
I believe it is a multiplier.
