I don't know what skills are actually affected in KMS and GMS, I only know about Asura is affected and we don't have it yet, so we'll just have to wait and see.
ive got 17% crit and 22 all stats currently. % buff duration is only good for classes with buffs with cooldown, ie. kaisers transform
%buff duration sux for sairs... get attack, boss dmg or something else
You should try to get another line of Inner Ability, save up for a lot of those changing things, and then test your luck.
Probably worth your while to try and get a different ability. Decent for now so don't gotta be that rash.

You have to factor in server-sided lag as well as location. Comparing kMS and gMS times would be a good factor as well when we get them.
Personally, I've not seen one person say it works with their Legend and/or Nova classes.

It works on some Hyper skill durations. I only researched DBs, so I know it works on Asura since Asura counts as a buff for some reason. And I know it says it doesn't work on Hyper skills in GMS patch notes, but KMS patch notes also said duration buff doesn't work on Hyper Skills but it did anyways.
close to 15% Buff Duration or more is good to keep
If the weapon speed +1 helps you (not sure if it does), then go for that. Otherwise, try for boss damage.
%Buff Duration is indeed good, especially for certain classes like BaM and DB with their Body Boost and Final Cut buffs. But only 5% wont make [i]too[/i] much of a difference so I'd keep resetting for better ones. If you want more %Buff Duration, make a Mechanic. Their card gives 5, 10, 15, and 20% Duration per rank. My level 200 Mechanic really helps out with buffs.

It does affect link skill durations. It just doesn't work on Hyper Skills, though. It'd be wise to get a higher % buff duration (30+).
