k so for the skills that take a skill from other classes how do u use it? like i read it and it says u need something called Loudout what is that and how do i get it?

nop the cards should act as bullets
It wont let me use double shot from a sair...do i have to have bullets?

"Loadout" is a beginner skill, which you should have, that allows you to manage your stolen skills. You can delete or swap skills using loadout.
