Base LUK question mark

Hi Basil,
I was wondering what would be a really good to great LUK base for my F/P, currently i have a base of 4, and total I will have 47. I will be funding this character so feel free to post some things that will help. I want to be able to equip a Blue/Green Enigmatic and a pair of Dark/Blue Neli shoes.

Thanks in advance~

@Haruke: The you have 2 choices, first, you could spend some money and buy some lucky equips OR, if you`re not so funded then put a few points into luk until you can get your hands on some good stuff. Also, I`m pretty sure ewands dont require any luk so you can wait till 130 and buy one of those but a good one might be a little hard on your pocket. Again, it all depends on how much your funding is.
If it helps, I`m nearly unfunded and my base luk is 68

We get AP resets in Legend, that is like 3-4 months from now... I will be 120 for a long time by then, thanks for the insight guys

If you gonna cap it then do 40 to 50
My base luk 50 and I manage to get Dragon Tail equips
Requires 170 luk each
But doesn't take much funding for general stuff
Like htp czak helm rings shoulders all that together be about 1.2bil
Maybe less some stuff you probably have already
All stats pots helps too try to get int/luk pots on each item

@Haruke: Just wear a lot of +luk equips like a czak, chtp, evo rings, %all stat etc. And also if you dont plan on funding more then a few bill then you should probably cap it at 20-50 depending on your personal preference.
Hope i helped
also remember your luk should be at least a few points above your level.
If you`re funded enough then you can just keep it at 4...
What should I wear to achieve that?
