Picking your nose fail
Have you ever picked your nose and thought you flicked/wiped off the booger from your finger, then stuck the same finger back into your nose and realized that the booger was still on your finger, so you just stuck it back in where it came from?
I've done this several times in my life. It's so weird and makes me feel violated. >.<
