Maplestory takes 10 minutes to start?
I've been playing MS for seven years and I have never encountered this before. Since about 2 months ago, Maplestory has been taking more than ten minutes to start on my laptop and about eight to start on my desktop. Both are fairly powerful computers and this problem started out of the blue. The game starts up just fine, but the loading screen is where it stops responding for far, far too long. I use the game launcher because I am logged out from inactivity if I use the site.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I log in from the Maplestory.net site. I then launch it and mine is stuck on the jumping orange mushroom that says (loading for about 5 minutes) It isn't a big deal, only problem is when you are training/ in a party and you d/c. Making you gone for about 7 minutes losing the map and party. Just wait I guess.
Yup same here TS. I'm on windows vista and it takes me about 5mins.
mine takes about 2-4min
The long loading screen has been here for a long time. At first it was a black screen instead of a jumping mushroom O_O
Mine also takes only 1-2 min, like DoveGaming said, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Join the club.
And use the site, you wont logout aslong as you mess arund on the site till the gameloads.
