Best class to make

So im playing a canon shooter right now but I want to take a little break from it for a bit. So in the mean time what would be a good class to play that is

1. mobile/fast
2. Good at melee attacks
3. doesnt get boring at a certain point
4. doesnt cost a crap load to fun
