mostly when new game content comes it will be told so by this one it doesn't include new content

It's to compensate the players affected by the bug/glitch that resulted from the Cubes lowering gear's tier. (listed on patch notes)
Which, punishes me, since I have not bought any NX to be affected, and I have to go to work by the time Maple comes back up. Sigh.
They're handing out compensation for those who had their items de-graded for using the Cubes from bounty hunter box
